Self-Paced Manual and Videos

We offer an online manual with videos that can be accessed from the help icon inside MyPriceBook™. Just open MyPriceBook™ and click on the Help Icon –>help. It is located at the top right of the MyPriceBook™ application window.

Weekly Webinars

We offer a series of regularly scheduled, instructor led interactive online training sessions each week designed to help new users learn how to use MyPriceBook™. Each training session will last between 60-120 minutes depending on the number of attendees and the questions asked during the interactive session.

To participate in an online training session, users must register for the session within 2 hours of the training start time by submitting an email to, or by calling (888) 989-2739 Ext 607.

Once enrolled in the Quick Start training sessions, users will receive a confirmation email and a link that will allow them to join the online training session at the scheduled time. Included in this training email will also be links to the online training video library that users can access any time for step-by-step instructions on how to perform almost any function in MyPriceBook™.

Since the training’s rely heavily on audio and video, participants should have the speakers turned on and the volume up in order to hear the trainer. New users will have the chance to ask questions following the training demonstration.

Weekly Training Schedule

Monday’s, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm CST:
Introduction to MyPriceBook™

The topics covered include:

  • Sign In and Password set up
  • Maintaining your PriceBook
  • Screens explained and using filter
  • UPC’s and PLU’s – How to use them properly
  • PriceBook beginner tasks
  • Adding new item’s
  • Deleting items
  • Finding items
  • Sending new items or prices to the POS
  • Setting up Mix/Match and Promo’s
  • Question/Answer period at end of training

Tuesdays, 11:00 pm – 12:00 pm CST:
Invoices – Receiving and reconciling EDI and Manual invoices

The topics covered include:

  • Manually Entering Invoices
  • Updating Prices from Invoices
  • Handling Fees and other charges
  • Receiving EDI invoices from your vendors

Wednesdays, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm CST:
Completing Shift Paperwork

The topics covered include:

  • Importing Shift paperwork
  • Checking Sales Numbers
  • Entering and Checking Trackable items such as Lottery
  • Entering and checking Payouts
  • Entering Customer Charges and Payments
  • Checking Money Items
  • Checking Over/Short
  • Printing reports
