MyPriceBook™ has the ability to import electronic invoices from multiple grocery distributors and vendors. If you don’t see your distributor listed above, interfacing with them is easy since most distributors use the industry standard EDI format known as ABC EDI format, which is our default format also . MyPriceBook™ also works with other electronic formats thanks to our invoice translator, so as long as we can get the file type in an electronic format like .txt, .csv. xls, then MyPriceBook™ can import the invoice, saving many hours of manual data entry and eliminating data entry mistakes.
By importing invoices, users can apply pricing rules for margins or markups to groups or categories, and our flexible pricing rules allow for almost any pricing scenario.
